How Ordering Works

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order with Narathip Collection, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms we have received your order and payment.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking details. You can also monitor your order status at any time through your account dashboard.

If you need to make changes to an order — such as updating your delivery address — please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Narathip Collection piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags still attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final
  • Custom or personalised pieces — items made to order or engraved cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation — our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. Send your item back using a trackable shipping method once your return is approved
  4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items — Narathip Collection will cover the cost of return shipping in full
  • Change of mind returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked service for your return. Narathip Collection is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or fault

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
